Vocational Training Laboratory

We are happy to announce that we have been successful in our application for Training Laboratory Status. We now benefit from years of experience from the network of Dentists involved in their own vocational trainee schemes and their continued support will benefit us all. We are keen to support those of you involved in your own VT scheme. Now we know so much more about it we would encourage you to arrange some induction training for your  own trainees  or associates at your practice in our lab.

Each year two dental technician vocational trainees join our team. We offer them a supportive but demanding workload in a combined effort to ensure they have something positive to contribute to any dental laboratory in their future careers.  We present two courses each year for  groups of vocational dental practioners. They spend a day getting to know the layout of a lab and the day to day challenges that we encounter.

Without doubt we would  all work better as a team if we trained and understood each others' day to day challenges . We operate an open door policy to all dentists wishing to come into the lab. We offer this service to all our clients whether involved in the scheme or not so if you wish to come into the lab yourself or send any of your staff please feel free to contact Jim and George.
