We routinely work on the more complex implant and cosmetic cases. We offer support and solutions right at the start so most of our cases go remarkably well. This allows our client dentists to eliminate overwhelm and burnout.
We build relationships with our clients and their patients and are always on hand to give trustworthy advice. We offer one to one and group development for the whole team. We provide continual education and joint training events in our lab or at our client dentists' surgeries or at the post graduation centre in Glasgow. We offer consistent quality of service and support. We offer early on solutions to the everyday challenges of our client dentists. Every day we see private patients to ensure that our work meets their exact requirements. We work alongside our client dentists on treatment planning and outline design.
We focus on the patient: We always put your patients interests first. We always strive to give your patients " our best stuff " What we need from clients is " their best stuff " too and we need an agreement. There is always a very good reason for success and there is always a very good reason for failure. If any of us breaks our agreement your patient won't get our best stuff and we won't need to wonder why.
We train with our team at least one day a week every week. We pick up all of their costs for internal and external training and they love it. We share with our team our success. That is why we have some of the best technicians because they love doing the more demanding cases. We continually strive to improve on any of our weaknesses. We want you to use us and we want to do more of the big complex cases.
Jim & George, the partners are responsible for all of your work. The four lab managers Scott , David, Esref, and Danny all love working at Lincoln and they all share our values and they all share in our success. We would like to introduce you to them and they would all love to meet you. John and Wilma manage the day to day running of a busy office and would be delighted to deal with all of your enquiries.
We invite you into our lab for a tour. You may join us one afternoon on a joint training event. We will share with you many hints & tips that will allow you to tackle the bigger cases with confidence. We are recognised trainers for both VT dentists and VT dental technicians. We have available scoring of these events as credible evidence of effective CPD meeting all clearly set out aims and objectives. We understand and routinely put into practice our knowledge of occlusal principles. We can go over all of these stages in the lab one afternoon with you and your team. We routinely publish articles on planning for success. We photograph and record every stage of many of our big training cases for group discussion and review.
